St. Mary’s Hall Rental Contract

Thank you for booking St. Mary’s Hall! To finalize your reservation, we require a completed rental contract. Please review the instructions below to ensure your booking is confirmed.

How to Complete Your Rental Contract

  1. Download the Contract

  2. Print and Complete

    • Fill out all required fields on the form.

    • Be sure to read and understand all terms, including the cleaning and damage policies.

  3. Sign the Contract

  4. Return the Contract

    • Return the completed contract by [insert due date].

Important: Your booking is not confirmed until we receive your signed contract and deposit.

    • Place all trash (including restroom bins) in the outside dumpster.

    • Wash, dry, and neatly return all dishes and cooking utensils.

    • Clean the sink, counters, and work surfaces.

    • Remove all decorations and props.

      • Please don’t use tacks, nails, staples, or tape. Command products are allowed as long as they’re removed afterward.

    • Fold and place tables and chairs against the walls (unless directed otherwise).

    • Sweep all floors and mop any spills.

    • Remove all food from refrigerators.

    • Leave the hall in the same condition you found it.
