Thank you for booking St. Mary’s Hall! To finalize your reservation, we require a completed rental contract. Please review the instructions below to ensure your booking is confirmed.

How to Complete Your Rental Contract

  3. Print and Complete

    • Fill out all required fields on the form.

    • Be sure to read and understand all terms, including the cleaning and damage policies.

  4. Sign the Contract

  5. Return the Contract

    • Return the completed contract ASAP.

Important: Your booking is not confirmed until we receive your signed contract and deposit.

FAQ’s

  • The hall provides the following tables for use:

    • 12 rectangular tables (30" x 96")

    • 10 round tables (5 ft. diameter)

    • 8 rectangular tables (18" x 72")

  • The hall has 100 cushioned chairs, with additional metal folding chairs available as needed.

  • Please call the main number to confirm availability. As long as no other event is scheduled, you may access the hall when needed.

  • No, renters must bring their own tablecloths.

  • Yes, Wi-Fi is available. Please ask the club for details.

    • Place all trash (including restroom bins) in the outside dumpster.

    • Wash, dry, and neatly return all dishes and cooking utensils.

    • Clean the sink, counters, and work surfaces.

    • Remove all decorations and props.

      • Please don’t use tacks, nails, staples, or tape. Command products are allowed as long as they’re removed afterward.

    • Fold and place tables and chairs against the walls (unless directed otherwise).

    • Sweep all floors and mop any spills.

    • Remove all food from refrigerators.

    • Leave the hall in the same condition you found it.
