Looking for the perfect spot for your next celebration? St. Mary’s Lyceum Hall offers a warm, inviting space that’s ideal for showers, birthdays, family gatherings, and community events. With plenty of seating and a kitchen available, our hall is ready to make your special occasion memorable.
Rental Rates:
Hall Rental Fee: $200
Refundable Cleaning Deposit: $100
Optional Bartender: $75 for 4 hours
FAQ’s

To reserve a date, you must submit a completed rental contract and the required deposit. Your reservation is confirmed only after both are received.

The rental fee covers use of the hall, tables, chairs, and kitchen facilities. Cleaning services are not included.

Event guests should park on the street. This allows the downstairs bar patrons full access to the parking lot. Please remind your guests to follow local parking regulations.

99 guests. Please follow this limit for safety and comfort.

Yes. St. Mary’s Hall is 100% smoke-free. No smoking is allowed inside.

Your $100 cleaning deposit will be returned in full if the hall is left clean and in good condition. Deposits may be withheld if:
Trash, food, or decorations are left behind
Surfaces, dishes, or floors are not cleaned
Furniture isn’t reset as directed
Walls or surfaces are damaged
Any other damage occurs

Renters are responsible for cleaning the hall, including removing trash, washing dishes, wiping counters, sweeping/mopping floors, and removing decorations. Full instructions are included in your rental contract.
