Rental Rates:

  • Hall Rental Fee: $200

  • Refundable Cleaning Deposit: $100

  • Optional Bartender: $75 for 4 hours

FAQ’s

  • To reserve a date, you must submit a completed rental contract and the required deposit. Your reservation is confirmed only after both are received.

  • The rental fee covers use of the hall, tables, chairs, and kitchen facilities. Cleaning services are not included.

  • Event guests should park on the street. This allows the downstairs bar patrons full access to the parking lot. Please remind your guests to follow local parking regulations.

  • 99 guests. Please follow this limit for safety and comfort.

  • Yes. St. Mary’s Hall is 100% smoke-free. No smoking is allowed inside.

  • Your $100 cleaning deposit will be returned in full if the hall is left clean and in good condition. Deposits may be withheld if:

    • Trash, food, or decorations are left behind

    • Surfaces, dishes, or floors are not cleaned

    • Furniture isn’t reset as directed

    • Walls or surfaces are damaged

    • Any other damage occurs

  • Renters are responsible for cleaning the hall, including removing trash, washing dishes, wiping counters, sweeping/mopping floors, and removing decorations. Full instructions are included in your rental contract.
